What is MBSR?
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a world-renowned program created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn that combines mindfulness meditation, gentle awareness practices, and self-reflection to reduce stress and enhance well-being.
Unlike quick-fix techniques, MBSR builds a sustainable foundation for inner balance and resilience. It helps participants calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with life in a more grounded, meaningful way.
Program Overview
This certification program is designed as a two-month training, consisting of 4 structured sessions (2 hours each). Each session introduces core practices of mindfulness while offering practical tools for everyday stress.
Session 1 – Foundations of Mindfulness

Breathing and body awareness practices
Body scan meditation for deep relaxation
Session 2 – Thoughts and Emotions
How thoughts fuel stress and worry
